RESPONSIBILITIES
Ken is responsible for the estimating, management and contract administration
of specific projects. This will include project planning, scheduling,
subtrade coordination, total quality management, cost control and liaison
with the design group and owners. The project control provided by
Mr. West will ensure that construction is in strict conformance with design
standards, safety requirements, contract documents and schedule objectives.
